Future Suggestion
Listen, Im not one to make suggestions or requests about what people should develop in the future. The gameplay you have made here could be used alot more then just a small hentai game. a genuine deep dark dungeon crawl game could make for a real scary horror game or a really fun RPG.

listen if the Dev is reading this Please consider the idea in the future. I would love to play more games that have similar gameplay as this but you dont see them often enough.

Hi, thanks for your suggestion, love the feedback! I know the game is a bit short, and not everyone might like the lewd aspect, but for a bigger game an even more intense time investment is necessary and as a solo dev this is sometimes very hard to do next to your normal work. I will keep this in mind for a future game eventually :) And i am glad you liked the gameplay in general!

I think this is an amazing idea! As for the time investment and the funding, might i suggest creating a very short demo version including just one level completely devoid of any NSFW aspects, and using it as a proof of concept for a kickstarter or crowdfunding online?

This has worked for many projects before and there is a genuinely large marked for these retro feeling, oldschool RPG sort of games.

You could be sitting on a hit as even just what you have here is actually a really great and refreshing game even if all the NSFW aspects weren't there.

Honestly, I am not a big fan of crowdfunding. As of now, I do those games for fun :D Up until now, I've handled it with an 'Ok, this is a fun idea, maybe people will like it' kind of mentality. ^^ Nevertheless, those are great suggestions and I'll see what I can do.

For now, I am working on patch 1.2, which is nearly finished. To give you guys a little heads-up, I have three more projects, one of which is nearly finished programming-wise but needs a lot of story, all art and stuff. I don't want to say too much as of now, as it will take quite a bit of time for both to be finished, but one is a small arcade game and the other is another dungeon crawler, basically in the same universe, but both games have different mechanics. The last one is still in the early concept phase. So, as you can see, I have a lot planned, and I definitely keep the darker tone in mind :D

Thank you guys for being supportive, its quite motivating!

voice acting would be amazing. even if the price goes up a bit, i bet people would not be angry to pay a little more for voices. Oh, and death scenes! Besides the victory scenes, a unique death scene for each monster, where the girl humiliates/hurts/subjugates the hero. a little bdsm/ballbusting/feet stuff never killed anyone before :)

Hahah :D this was suggested before TBH but i never liked the idea that the player has to die to get the "reward" :D i mean dying 18 timesis not so much fun, i owuld have to change the game concept then! Anyways thanks for the ssuggestions i will keep it in mind for future projects!

Oh, i agree with that and thought about this aspect :)

I've stumbled upon an indie hentai game (Alissa and the Have-nots Cavern | Алиса и пещера бедных) where this aspect works quite nicely — because it's a roguelite and you ARE supposed to die from time to time, and at first even to low-level monsters too! :)

After dying in that "cave of have-nots" each time you wake up in the city again with all gold BUT not experience and items. You can spend that gold to acquire some skills and a bit of extra points in starting stats and — here's another interesting concept in the game — you can spend it to upgrade items (weapons, armors and shields) that you find in the cave, but what you'll find is random and you can't take any items in the cave with you! So the player either has to spread upgrades on many items, or how i like doing — put everything in my favorite items and hope for the best :D
This makes first levels of the cave quite boring, but you can also buy a permanent level skip but only if you've already reached those levels.


And recently i've played an H-game on Steam where for losing to bosses you need to put more effort than for winning them xD But it's a weird game design, can't say it would feel fun when put in another game :) At least you don't need to do this with regular monsters — there's only the same non-romance scene if you faint in battle with them.

This game is awesome, I too wish it was longer. And maybe that we had a couple more scenes with the shop-keep before selling out =)
