CD Key Error

Whenever I Launch The Game It Brings Up A Program Telling Me "Invalid CD Key, Reinstall The Game & Try Again" Is There A Fix? I Bought It In The Steam Store Not From Someone

don't ask me why, but lauching the game from the administrator account it start.
Also if you remove the compatibility option from the .exe file and launch direct from the file(and not from steam) it goes

same problem steam support of old games is crap, played this game and addon with no issues before on steam years ago on w10 and reinstall it again on same pc and wont run
