Losing items from the box while restocking

been having this problem for a while now but the digit on the box would go down by -2 and restocks only +1 to the shelf continuously

Does his happens when joining as client? We are aware of some issues when players have high latency (cannot update fast enough the data host is sending them)

yes it happens when i join in my friend's co-op lobby, i didnt have this issue before until the update 5 days ago, now i have this problem with restocking in every game session we do

Not related to any patch. Probably due to because the bigger the store the more data there is to sync, while updates to the network core arrive:
- Always make sure that the player with the best connection hosts.
- It is preferable to host with cable rather than wifi, hosting with wifi may lead to some data loss.

I am in the UK and i have friends all over the US. We found that in general when i host the people to the west of the US (Ping would be somewhere in the region of 120 - 130 at a guess based on other games). Would lose items when stocking. We decided to have one of the East coast friends host so that everyones ping would be below 100 maximum and all stock makes it to the shelf (although for the higher ping products seem to place 2 at a time quite alot but is still the correct number of stock). Hope that is insightful to some.
