New employee "manager"

It would be interesting to have a new employee whose main role would be to buy stock of some items when they are close to running out (these items would be pre-approved by the player, along with a limit on how much he could spend). he could also do any other function in the game if he realized it was necessary, but it would be less efficient.
the name could be "manager" or "assistant manager" considering that the player would be the real manager.
