Shelf placement with auto align mode

Hello developer, I find the option to align the placement of a shelf very useful. But with I cannot place white large shelf adiacent to each other. I have to have a gap between shelf that is very bad for sight. I see that white half shelf (recenty added) work fine with the auto alignment and I can place adiacent to each other, even with the large shelf.

Can you fix that?

I hope that my english is clear and we undestand the problem i'm writing.
