Another note- there is cheat's to bypass permissions aswell, so those also will not save you.
tbh, I think it is really irresponsible to mention that/your server as "SMT discord" which confused people from joining and then all around the dc server saying there is no direct connection with the devs. It is at most a "SMT Community Discord".
Anyway, that is a non-official server, not sure how do you "ban hackers from there".
No where did I state it was official- simply that it was indeed a SMT discord. We have channels on the server that people regularly post code's to throughout the day from all over the world- people report hacker's that join their lobby from this and we remove them?
And the entire discord server itself is plastered with "Unofficial" - but were also approaching almost 10,000 members and are home to the speedrunning, modding, and wiki member bases aswell as moderators of the Thunderstore, Nexus, and (hopefully soon™) CurseForge
The issue with trying to shortlist the hacker's is that so many actively join lobbies and leave and simply never return to the game due to hacking and getting bored. The only real solution is moderation over who joins entirely- or the developer add's an anticheat sadly.
