My employees are stuck at same spot

Yeah mm just make them do Restocks at first they do their job as usual but suddenly they are stand still while holding a box. I tried to change their roles but they didn't walk or do anything just holding a box. Also I tried to run this game again make them restocks and then it's just the same. how can I stop this madness. My customers are waiting for me. please help and fix this bugs

Investigating this, seems certain organization layouts make the pathing surface generate with 'bermuda triangle' spots. Meanwhile a silly fix could be placing in that spot a temporary piece of decoration that blocks it.

I also had the same problem, this happened after I put a new shelf and this ended up getting in the way of the paths they used to take, I just moved the shelf,

Same here. They seem to get stuck mostly in the fourth door into the storage room, there's nothing anywhere near the door but they'll stand there holding products until I end the day.

Could have been introduced with the demolition update and seems to depend on certain layouts, going to test new pathing options in the following patches. Since I cannot seem to replicate it on my end, players will have to confirm when one of these configurations solves the issue.
