Locked Backrooms

After unlocking all available store & storage space and having the DLC, I am unsure of the purpose and/or how to access the 3 rooms through the back side of the storage.

1 of the door's windows show what appears to be a manager looking at a white board, another door showing an empty room and a final garage-style-door with no through visibility.

Anyone have any insight? Are these just upcoming features?
I have been playing solo, in case it is relevant.

I'm also going through the same situation, doubt, another thing. I've already unlocked all the market/stock spaces and I don't know what those purple squares mean to unlock.

I think Unlocking everything has nothing to do with those doors.
They are locked cause no activities are still assigned to them.
New Patches will activate those rooms and new functionalities will be added
