Report a translation problem
- Make sure to remove any mods if you use any, it's easy for any weekly update to break them.
- They had a firewall (Windows one ) or antivirus (especially Avast or Norton) which somehow block the game's correct communication with Steam. Adding the game to exceptions worked in some cases.
- They were using a VPN and it was messing with the game communication with Steam.
- In a few cases, verifying the game's files with Steam helped.
If they don't help, I'll tell you how to attach the game's logs for analyzation to check if they show information about the issue.
