Can't get star tokens

Hello,

I have made mutiple research to understand how to obtain the broom star token to be able to change the look of it. At first, before my research , I thought I had to buy the DLC so I did. But in the end it says to place a gift in the store to get a surprise after the day work. But I placed a few gifts and nothing happens, and now it's been a few nights. I cannot find any infos on the expiration of the possibility to obtain broom variation with a star token.

So now I'm wondering, is my game broken? Is the event finished, but if so, why the christmas decorations and the broom thing is still active? I'd like to get a broom variation to continue my game experience.
FOr the DLC, Im glad I bought it cause I find it's a good way to support the devs. But we really miss informations on the in game event. If I can still get a broom, please let me know how.

so cant summon the snowmawn anymore right? any idea when new events will be coming up
