Employee stars.

Anyone know what the orange and green stars on the employee cards mean? Searched everywhere and can't find any info.

According to DDTNL (Dev) on December 19 2024:

"If you mean what the stars mean: yellow one is an average value of the employees stats when hired being 10 the top, green is an average of the four different grades that are earned while working at the tasks."

is it better to have higher yellow star or use cheaper employees with 1 job maxed also do 10 yellow star employees even exist i only ever see 9

on day 100 and only ever seen 1 10 star employee. think they are way to rare.
