relation and hapiness

we got a problem with my friend. our employe are mad we a smiley, but we don't really know what they mean and how we can resolve this, if you have a solution maybe

You need a point of happiness for every employee you have, 6 employees -> 6+ happiness. To get happiness start placing stuff in the staffroom, each staffroom prop has in the interface the value it provides.

It will get a bit more important sooner than later but this value won't restrain anything much.
