So not only does the partial box need to be prioritized for use, but the others recognise when another has a box of that item out already and skip that task for the next one. Sometimes they WILL condense boxes but not always.
I don’t disagree. I think employees being able to “communicate” would help. That said, usually there are SO many products needing restocked that restockers don’t usually bump into each other, except for when they’re nearly finished and there are few products left to stock.
That’s a great idea. Would also help when we need to reorganize and so we would need to pause the ordering.
