End of day glitch

Every time I end the day and it autosaves I then get a host connection lost and have to close out of the game. This does this regardless of the wifi im using or if I am playing multi or solo

Do you mean that they are not merging boxes together properly? Will have to check if it's the restockers or the storage managers fault. It could be the restockers in some cases taking several boxes of the same product at once, then as they don't detect them in storage, the merge doesn't trigger and they would leave them there... but that would be a very particular coincidence, have noted it for investigation.

- Employees dedicated to storage managing should now merge boxes if possible. Also improved this behavior for restockers.


Not true, they DO NOT merge at all.

They will probably improve this feature later. I suggest having 2 shelves (box spaces) for each product and use labeled shelves

In mine it is only restockers, as I don't have restocking and storage happening at the same time. I do all restock through the day and after, then storage after the restocking is done.

And I know it usually happens if two boxes are out at the same time...but since the update that wasn't the case. Through the day they will take one box. When it needs topped up again, they'll take the full box instead of the partial, and just put it back without merging. I watched them closely for several days. They simply stopped merging at all. Before the update they WOULD do it unless both were out at once. But now they won't merge AT ALL.

I reported this under the "End of Day Glitch" thread since it wouldn't let me make a new thread about this, and I already have the dev talking about it under there, if you want to go see and add to it.

now the save game glitch is happening all over again. it was fine a few times then poof!
I verified files and deleted cloud files the first time the save Glitch started (I do not use Cloud for anything EVER) and it actually started saving (Happy here)
i added a ton of storage racks and came back the next day and it was as if I never placed any. So frustrating. I deleted the Game Completely (Lost HOURS and HOURS of game play and my lvl 63 store cause of this. So I started fresh, Again. if this save thing keeps going then i will take this off my account and say good bye. sadly I am really, really enjoying this grocery game over the others i have tried and even bought.

This is a different save glitch than the one we were having. Our games were still being saved, it was just crashing us out of the game when we clicked to continue.

I'm pretty sure deleting everything was a over-reaction move on your part rather than just waiting patiently for a response, though. That's not the game's fault.

This is the only time I would suggest getting a mod for saving the game. And only that mod, none others. At least until the team can troubleshoot. But since you deleted your game, they can't see what was going on with your game files. So you likely won't get an answer unless you can get it to happen again then send them the file they need to see what's causing it.
