Customers Stuck at Checkouts
Multiple times now, my customers have gotten stuck at the checkouts. They don't put their items up to scan. At first, it was just 1 of my 2 checkouts and I would hit the customer with the broom a couple times and it would eventually keep going but on my day 5, both my checkouts had people frozen all the way until store close. Nothing worked to try and get them to go. Is this a known bug and is there a current fix?

same here.
Try moving your register to a different spot, maybe the customers are getting hung up on an obstacle?

Nope...tried that. didn't fix it. the customers would stay there forever until the next day.

This is strange indeed, we would need more details or data that would lead to a replication of this on our end and hence to a fix. Will be alert when messing with the checkouts to see if we notice anything weird

This just happened to us when we assigned one of our employees who was a restocker to a cashier. All the customers inside of the store froze and would not move regardless of moving the register, hitting with a broom, etc. We than reassigned the same worker (that originally caused the freeze) back to restocker and than back to cashier which seemed to resolve the issue.

I see, have noted your steps to check if they lead to a successful replication.

sounds like you've been pressing the red button under the cash register a little too often. i did this on a mess around save and the customers wouldnt move. Avoid pressing this button
