streaming youtube help ?

I have the DLC and can now stream youtube videos on the tv screens, but its not showing for the other players in the server ?

Anyone got any ways for us all to watch/listen ?

We'll see in the future but it isn't supported for now as being able to mess with sharing videos etc. has a high trolling potential even in private lobbies, could probably affect the game's mature rating too.

does dlc is an individual requirement to use or everyone in the lobbies are shared with host who bought the dlc?

i would really like to watch videos together with my friends when we are working, that would be the best to listen to the same music/watch the same vids on youtube. Mabye you could add a feature where the host decides wether the tv is synced with other players or not. this would reduce the trolling potential on an immense scale.

We will attempt some kind of syncing when we do the second TVs rework. Have you tried something like watch2gether or similar to watch-party YT videos on the TV?

Here's the way we do it. You can do it with some hoops.

1. Open a room on Watch2gether in your normal browser (Outside the game) and click to invite to get the invite link and copy paste.

2. Use the in game browser on the computer and google URL Opener. Copy paste the invite link into this and hit Open All.

3. Voila! You're now in a Watch Room Party that others can join doing the same things above except for needing to create a room since you only need a single room.

Take the time to add videos to the Watch2Gether into a playlist and let it run while you play! We did this earlier today with no issues. Gotta go through some hoops but it worked!

If Tower Unite can do this freely on every lobby/gamemode within, it shouldn't be an issue here
