Make non-DLC players see what DLC-players are sharing

I'm very happy to have bought the DLC but my non-DLC friends can't see what I'm sharing,only myself,so it would be awesome to implement this

Its not even about not having the DLC, noone can see or hear what you play on the PC.

I hope there can be a personal toggle to allow this, so you can turn it on or off when needed.

many multiplayer games allow this feature - just make it opt in
kind of pointless to own the DLC without being able to show your friends funny stuff on the TV

lots of multiplayer games allows this, and as I'm a DLC owner, I would be very happy to show what I see when I play with my friends. btw, if there's a problem in public lobbies, you can like add a report system or the host can easily kick out that player.

I have another question, if my friends buy the DLC, they can see what I see or not?

He's talking about the videos on the TV, they can see the hats and such.

Tower Unite has this feature and it is implemented extremely well. Perhaps an implementation in a similar manner would work for this game too.

That's right. Everything you stream, only you can see. The problem is the mature/adult content in lobbies.

When we do the second iteration of TVs rework we'll try to add some kind of sharing, it will probably be restricted to friends lobbies and having to toggle an option for allowing syncing.

I see they allow playing Youtube videos and Soundcloud music, will take a look. Syncing them shouldn't be too much hassle, the problem is players get their own instance of ads effectively difficulting syncing.
