"I haven't found this" is completely unnecessary
I truly think this feature has no use, or benefit. It simply clutters up the screen with information that I believe the vast majority of the player base completely ignores. The pop ups are constant, with numerous instances for each shopper. Much of the time the text bubbles overlap each other making what's being said impossible to read anyways. Are people going to read each one and write down what's being requested? Very unlikely. So, IMO, this is a net negative...it's annoying, but not a "necessary evil"....it's just annoying with no real benefit.

My suggestions:

1. Better solution but still bad - Remove "I haven't found this" from the speech bubble, and have the customer say just the name of the item with a question mark after it.

"Hand Soap?" is much better than "I haven't found this: Hand Soap", especially when many other shoppers are saying similar things every couple of seconds.

This would be better, but still popping info up on the screen that will mostly go ignored.

2. Best solution - Remove the speech bubbles entirely and add the products being requested on the end-of-day recap screen instead. For example if veal was requested 18 times throughout the day, have a line on the recap screen that simply says:

- Veal x18

Along with every other item requested and how many times they were. Cleans up the screen while you're playing by removing screen clutter that nobody reads anyways, and adds a concise list of items that players might actually look at to see what's being requested the most.

Also, and this will help with the save issues people are having for being impatient, the recap screen should have a confirm button you have to click that only shows up after the game has been saved properly. This will give people time to look over the information provided, and end any chance of backing out while the game is trying to save.

hard disagree. Gotta keep the Authentic customer service experience. Customers never just say what they want they berate you with useless information while you attempt to sus out what they want.
