"URL Video" has never worked for me
No matter what file format, location, even running in administrator, the game just refuses to load a single video from my computer. Because of the browser not working and this function isn't working, I can't do anything to play videos now...

I think this will be fixed in today’s patch. They are working on something related to TVs, which is causing the current issue with playing YouTube videos.

Youtube videos should be restored today, we are tweaking some values of the browser. For local videos make sure you also include their full directory including their extension (.mp4, .vid) etc

Yes I am putting in the full directory, the entire path name. I still can't get it to work.

Local videos need to be in a bit of a specific format. I have some MP4's that play, but a few don't. I forgot what other formats are supported, but it's not very many. Be nice if WEBM was supported.

I'm gonna go nuts cause apparently there's different kinds of mp4s but not specifically which kind it is I need and none of this is explained ingame
