Missing Employees

So my employees are GONE. I was busy messing with their jobs and i caught one of them mid restocking. That made all my employees freeze and not work at all. I tried reloading the save and the employees are just gone. I logged in today after updating to see if they were back but no, still missing.

I think they've gone on strike or something. Anybody got a solution?

By any chance have you checked if your checkouts are missing? Customers and employees won't appear until a checkout is placed that's why the game doesn't let players delete the last one.

Loading the game again should have restarted the values, maybe you can link the logs and I could check if they are showing something useful, it can be done like this:
- Go to C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\DDTNL\Supermarket Together
- Copy the contents of the file named player-prev.txt, the logs are more valuable if the last session played was the one that crashed
- Paste them in a webpage like justpaste.it, click publish and paste the link here.

I'll go ahead and put into action those steps ASAP. I have self checkouts only at the moment. My employees were on security, storage, and restock.

Everything looks normal except a some error exception related to the Builder but curiously that shouldn't affect any employee behaviour. Have screenshotted it nevertheless and sent it for investigation.

Hi again! Did you ever find out if the issue was related to the builder error exception? I think at this point its safe to say I have to start a new save, but I was just curious.

The error related to the Builder was fixed in a previous patch so if your issue persist it must be another obscure thing... I can only think of a save corruption somehow? There are some points related to employees being addressed but them not appearing at all is quite unusual...

Сегодня обновилась игра и появилась такая-же проблема... Зашёл в игру и банально даже нет таблички чтобы назначить сотрудников, как и их самих...

Проблема решилась, теперь сотрудников надо самостоятельно нанимать через доску менеджера, назначать их на посты.

Hey anyone who's having this issue this morning!! The game seemed to have changed.. kinda for the worse and threw all the employees onto the manager board instead of their own board. Changing their tasks takes forever now but they use the staff room which is cool.

The new update is frustrating as it makes it more timely to assign staff to tasks, but then it is more true to life. Can I hire some HR so they can look after the staffs wellbeing, I got enough to do running this store xD
