Should add Security guards for one of the jobs cus robbers are gone by the time i get out of the store Or add retail anti theft systems

Yes i agree i'm at a point were i have 15 to 20 robber's they hit the store in groups of 2 to 5 and i cant get them all theirs more merchandise on the road then on the shelves. its started as store management now its a theft prevention sim. i love the game but its gotten to be so much of a pain to chase robbers that i am losing interest and thinking of deleting and starting over.

The first measure we are programming to appease this is that thiefs will drop more products the more they stole, that way you won't have to hit them as much. Probably arriving during this week

You don't.
You hit them with broom, they drop stolen items and when you pick up dropped item you are monetarily compensated.
