Market Price, Does It Change?

The Market Price has stayed the same for days on all products, is it supposed to change or is it always the same no matter what?

Market price is your cost price I believe.

I've changed the my price to double the "current" market price, but the market price doesn't change. I had figured it would change daily and we'd have to account for that. If it doesn't change, that's fine with me. It would make it easier to not have to keep up with pricing daily but it would add a challenge.
