How do I clean a product off the shelf?

I have a shelf with one product, I let the products sell, leaving it empty with nothing, and I don't want to stock it anymore, but if I have stock in the warehouse the employee goes there and stocks it, how do I stop this from happening?

They managed to get me hooked on the game, it was the only 2nd game that I really got hooked on (and I didn't even know the game), the 1st was supermarket simulator!

if u have an empty box u can right click to take stuff off the shelf and put back in the box

What if I want to have the products in stock but the shelves are empty? There's no way, because the employee goes to the report (yes, just change the employee's role, but there could be an easier way)

What are you asking? How to move product off a shelf or how to put product in storage? To Move product you can get a free empty box from the Blackboard the same way you would buy products in the bottom right corner>> then hold RMB on a shelved product to remove it, LMB to place on an empty or identical product location. If this isn't working then that means your box is either full or is of the wrong product type.
There is no other way around this unless you want to be poor and make no money with bare empty shelves, still not sure if this is what your issue is but this game is very straight forward. If you meant to move a shelf you can press Tab and then LMB or RMB to rotate it, then E to place it in the new spot that is not overlapping with another object. Make sure you are standing in the correct zone as Storage Shelves and Product Shelves cannot be placed in the same areas. I hope this answers all your questions so you can continue enjoying the game! I believe the answer you're looking for is to use the pricing gun, point it at the empty spot on the shelves, and right-click. This will clear the spot and stop your employees from restocking the previous product that was there.
