Current issues so far
1. Boxes
a. If you have empty boxes at end of day / autosave... Then leave and load your game - POOF, boxes are gone. Do they get auto recycled or trashed?
b. Put text on the boxes (not just the image). Why? Image to what on shelf is horrible as many images are recycled with different color or something slightly different.

2. Save Game
a. There is no SAVE option in the middle of day... People have things to do and have to leave so any progress not saved by day rollover is all gone.
a. Rollover of day should either NOT AUTO END but AUTO CLOSE STORE so you can stock and adjust store as needed in middle of night. Then at 0500 or ESC and click End day so it rolls to next avail 0800
b. Rollover of day should be a PAUSE SCREEN. Host or single player should have to click a button to move to next avail day or close store and continue night stocking.
c. What happens to the items the customer have when store rolls over to next day? Are they returned to shelves? Do you get paid for them? Do customers leave with them without paying?

3. Register
a. Cannot box up register if you want to lessen amount of registers you have
b. Cannot use # keys / 10 key on right side of keyboard. Keys that should work are 0-9, the . which would represent for cents, and the ENTER key for check/card purchases.
c. There is no audible alert when someone robs you (Too many people at one register, so they leave with all the products they had)
d. Font for money in drawer - It works but would be nice to change that font.
e. Timer for people in line at the register is quick before they leave / rob you. If they move up a position in line, their timer should reset. Timer should be 5-10 seconds longer than what it is when full.

4. Lights
a. Only 1 light avail and the distance / radius of light is not great
b. Add more lights / radius... LED, Focused lights, Neon signs, etc

5. Only cool people
At least add another sign or detail for why that room is closed off or requirements so people can work towards that. (See 2b for day rollover)

6. Should be able to have your own recycle bin at your store vs run across the street. Why? Once you start the game - BOOM, live time starts and you cannot pause it. See
2b again)

7. Keyboard
a. If holding shift, nothing works when trying to place items.
- Assumption would be faster stocking
b. Stocking is slow - Shift does nothing for faster stocking
c. Cannot re-configure of keys. There are base re-configuration of keys. Any key used in the game should be reconfigured vs basic movement.

8. Furniture
a. Furniture doesn't snap or next to other shelves / furniture
b. Re-boxing items not wanting to be used is not an option. Don't want to sell things back for half or less cost, should be able to put them in a box and stack them in the storage room.

9. Close Store
a. Again, remove the autoforward to next day with 5 second details of the day and then automagically be in the next day working.
b. Allow the close store button to work vs waiting until the next day so you can clean, manage, re-stock, etc.

10. Multiplayer
Why is there a click button to generate the code? Shouldn't that just be presented every time you hit esc? As well... Why is it 10284612398461983246 vs 6Y3A95 or INVITE players from friends list?

11. SAVES
a. Why only 1 Save?
- I want this store by myself
- I want this store with these friends
- I want this store with THESE friends
- I want another store to play with...
etc
etc
Should be able to create SAVE SLOTS (5-10) and be able to name them

12. Host
a. When host leaves, other players are stuck in limbo. The game does not autosave on their side so they can keep playing in case of real world leaving or internet issues.
b. Upgrades to store are only on host until guest players leave and come back.

13. Colors
a. Walls, floor, ceiling. Not a need but should be added for options as the store is pretty bland.

14. Objects
a. Lights, plant, tv
- Like 13a... not needed but minimalistic approach on realease. Again, fine but should be added. Security camera's, dome glass half circle to see reflections, security guards / alarms at entry points

15. Store
a. SIZE - Just an observation - you can upgrade the store but it still seems small. Is there room for future growth in sizing of store? Supermarkets are meant to be BIG. Signs on end of aisles for what products, easier to identify where things go, etc etc. If holding a box, a shelf should at least light up where the product goes?
b. NAME - Change store name any time. Guess the name is chosen as the name is load on startup and not a refresh when change. Just like resizing or adding to store. That should be fixed.

That's my story for now . . . Hopefully some of these items get looked at. Developer has been responsive prior to full release so that is a good sign. Game is playable

I know optimisation can be difficult and finding ways to further optimise is hard to do, but as a real quick fix for now, is it possible to have a setting that just replaces all items on shelving with a single jpeg alongside a number to represent items and their amount? I've seen how it's repeated about how much is needed to be rendered when you have a full store. I cannot play my store. It's consistently sub 10 fps, even if I'm only viewing half of the store now. This quick fix is lazy, but it'll solve my issues and at the moment I'm not too fussed about not seeing all the items on the shelves. I'd just like to be able to play lol, instead of trying to stare at the walls in a corner as much as possible.

You might want to aim a bit more to the centre of the fountain. A few decorations may have trickier hitboxes.

Will keep in mind. Optimization is a desired point and currently there's a lot going on in a developed store...

I downloaded a save from a viceo that I found, after using this save I got three problems that I have encountered so far:
1- all the statistics from another save were reset (including backups)
2- statistics, after being reset, do not increase anymore (the only one that I noticed increasing again was from change given in sequence)
3- when the day ends, it saves the game but does not send me to the next day (I get stuck on the day's statistics screen)
I keep getting Host Connection Lost when playing with someone else (they are the host). It doesn't matter what I'm doing - I was just ordering from the blackboard and the error came up. Before, I was just standing in the staff room and the error came up. Is anyone else getting this error?
Hi, I think there is an Translation problem for German with the new Perks. There is written " Erhöht den Maximalen Tagesumsatz um 2 " It hink you mean that the perk gives u 2 m,ore Products for Sale ?!? The it has to be " Erhöht die maximale Anzahl für Angebotsartikel um 2" or if this ist to long it can be called " 2 zusätzliche Rabattartikel "

This could happen if any of you is not updated to the latest patch. If that's not the case, feel free to link your game's logs which can be done like this:
- Launch the game and press the button on the top right corner of the main menu called Copy game's logs to clipboard. Two buttons will deploy, choose Copy primary logs.
- (Ctrl +V) Paste them in a webpage like justpaste.it, click publish and paste the link here.
- If desired, for extra info do the same with the option Copy secondary logs.

Making a room in the store using the wall dividers and it will not allow me to place the door divider where a medium divider will fit even though it seems their footprints are supposed to be the same.

when i joined my game after the sales update for some reason my store level jumped to around 300 and now i cant level up anymore or get franchise points. i tried to reset it in the save file but i cant find any stored data on store level except for "franchiseexpirence" and "lastawardedlevel" neither help.

Remember you also have backups in the Load Store menu, you could load the previous day in case an obscure issue happened.
Not sure if these qualify as issues

1) Even if customers are blocked from entering the store via NPC Unstuck blocks, they seem to still be able to buy products and even use the checkouts

2) Hired NPCs do not move unless there is a product shelf in the supermarket. Meaning they don't even show up for work, move to new positions when reassigned or even attempt to store my product boxes.
I got the new Cardboard Baler the last update and updated this week too but no employee is taking the bales to the recycling bins. There is just a massive pile of baled cardboard in front of the baler. I've tried assigning all employees to each assignment and no one will go get these.

Known issue to be fixed this next patch, if the storage is completely full with no free spots storage crew seems to neglect every duty including moving bales. For now temporarily you could place a dummy storage shelf to be removed later.
