My employees are stuck doing nothing or come back and forth on a spot
Use the prop localed in the decoration tab called "NPC unstuck block" in the problematic spots as a temporary solution while more data about the issue is gathered.

Getting store's layouts information about this is important so if you had this problem and would like to contribute follow these steps:
- Launch the game and while in main menu, press Shift + F6. A small debug menu will open.
- Ignore the first button, you should see a list of buttons with your store's games below, click on the corresponding faulty store you want to share data from.
- You will have your store's data copied in your clipboard. (Ctrl +V) Paste the data in a webpage like justpaste.it, click publish and paste the link in this topic or by creating one.

Where are the saves located?
Here by default:
C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\DDTNL\Supermarket Together

My interface, game, day funds, etc have disappeared when I join a game!!
Last patch has introduced some changes to some interface and tutorial behaviours. Make sure everybody is up to date.

My game freezes when joining another player's lobby.
Some particular firewalls or antivirus seem to be messing with the connection between the game and Steam. Refer to this topic:

+ How many players is the max?
16. However, when the store grows in size, the game is advanced and more than 70 NPCs visit your store at the same time... the host -needs- a decent stable connection so the rest of players won't lag.

+ How to join a friend's game?
When creating a new game or loading one, host should select the matchmaking option <Only Friends>. The code needed to join can be copy-pasted by the Host when accessing the pause menu ingame, clients will need the code to join a game.

+ When I copy a join code it appears empty.
You probably created a new game or loaded one in Private mode. Change to Only Friends.

+ What does difficulty do?
The higher the difficulty the higher the amount of customers that spawn from Day 1, it also affects their speed, their chance of being thieves, the amount of trash that will spawn in the shop and more. Increase the difficulty if you want a -faster- start.

+ How does the number of players affect gameplay?
Similar answer to difficulty with the addition that since in coop everything flows faster and you need more money, every player that connects will award the store with +1000 dollars. This is capped so it doesn't break progression.

+ How to save the game?
Game is saved automatically every new day. Make sure you don't disconnect during the end day statistics screen.

+ ALL the text in my game reads "LocError". Also my settings aren't saving.
Access the saving path: C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\DDTNL\Supermarket Together
And try deleting the folder called Settings located in there. It will force the game to recreate all options next time it is launched.

Hello! I'm not sure if I'm using the right topic, but I'd like to ask… More precisely, to suggest working on the localization of the Russian text, since machine translation is far from ideal. I'm not asking for anything in return, I just want to help improve this aspect in order, in theory, to attract more players.

I would like to suggest improvements.

1. When we remove the cashier, the cashier should automatically close the cashier so that customers are not left waiting in line.

2. When we have a box in our hands, we should highlight the shelf where that item is located, even if the item is out of stock.

3. Allow the cashiers to use the cart that carries 6 items, either to store items purchased in the warehouse or to stock the customers' shelves.

4. Option to ask the employee to recycle the empty box.

Fixed in the micro-fix just released a moment ago , update at convenience.

For people wanting to improve a certain language the best option we told them is to fleet a new topic and type there the terms or phrases to correct following this pattern:
Wrong word or phrase -> Correct word or phrase.
That way we can easily replace it in the localization file, have already done so for the Polish and Brazilian localizations this way

I would like to know how the employees work. I have shelves with labels for products and shelves without labels as "trash" shelves (for not full boxes). How to make the employees NOT prioritize full boxes of products, but make them take the not-full boxes from "trash" area first? Any ideas?

Since the update on the 13th, whenever I end the day it has a popup that states, "Lost connection with host." This happens in both private mode and only friends. Any suggestion?

DDTNL people are abusing kicking and punishing other players. People are kicking people for no reason, Punishing them without permissions on join, and they say racial slurs because you ask a question please try to do something about this I CANT HANDLE IT ANY MORE. Please stop this

If this is persistent (happening always at the end of the day) I bet the logs are registering the issue, if you want to link them here's how:
- Go to C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\DDTNL\Supermarket Together
- Copy the contents of the file named player-prev.txt, the logs are more valuable if the last session played was the one that crashed
- Paste them in a webpage like justpaste.it, click publish and paste the link here.

Hi, am testing this on a work computer. It's a games machine so there's no worry about the spec, the problem is that the game encounters a really weird error.

Basically I start a game as host, I can move around in the game world for a few seconds, frame rate is fine, graphics look fine, then I get a black screen (I don't have sound on this computer so I don't know what that is up to). I can't alt-tab, I can't alt-F4, I can't ctrl-alt-del, I have to physically switch the computer off with the button like a caveman to get off this screen.

Any idea what could be causing this?

I suspect it might be a firewall issue, the work computers are pretty strictly locked down, even the gaming ones, but if anybody has any clues why it might be happening it would be greatly appreciated.
