My employees are stuck doing nothing or come back and forth on a spot
Use the prop localed in the decoration tab called "NPC unstuck block" in the problematic spots as a temporary solution while more data about the issue is gathered.

Getting store's layouts information about this is important so if you had this problem and would like to contribute follow these steps:
- Launch the game and while in main menu, press Shift + F6. A small debug menu will open.
- Ignore the first button, you should see a list of buttons with your store's games below, click on the corresponding faulty store you want to share data from.
- You will have your store's data copied in your clipboard. (Ctrl +V) Paste the data in a webpage like justpaste.it, click publish and paste the link in this topic or by creating one.

Where are the saves located?
Here by default:
C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\DDTNL\Supermarket Together

My interface, game, day funds, etc have disappeared when I join a game!!
Last patch has introduced some changes to some interface and tutorial behaviours. Make sure everybody is up to date.

My game freezes when joining another player's lobby.
Some particular firewalls or antivirus seem to be messing with the connection between the game and Steam. Refer to this topic:

+ How many players is the max?
16. However, when the store grows in size, the game is advanced and more than 70 NPCs visit your store at the same time... the host -needs- a decent stable connection so the rest of players won't lag.

+ How to join a friend's game?
When creating a new game or loading one, host should select the matchmaking option <Only Friends>. The code needed to join can be copy-pasted by the Host when accessing the pause menu ingame, clients will need the code to join a game.

+ When I copy a join code it appears empty.
You probably created a new game or loaded one in Private mode. Change to Only Friends.

+ What does difficulty do?
The higher the difficulty the higher the amount of customers that spawn from Day 1, it also affects their speed, their chance of being thieves, the amount of trash that will spawn in the shop and more. Increase the difficulty if you want a -faster- start.

+ How does the number of players affect gameplay?
Similar answer to difficulty with the addition that since in coop everything flows faster and you need more money, every player that connects will award the store with +1000 dollars. This is capped so it doesn't break progression.

+ How to save the game?
Game is saved automatically every new day. Make sure you don't disconnect during the end day statistics screen.

+ ALL the text in my game reads "LocError". Also my settings aren't saving.
Access the saving path: C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\DDTNL\Supermarket Together
And try deleting the folder called Settings located in there. It will force the game to recreate all options next time it is launched.

Loving it so far! Wishlist would be:
Something like a tab on the shelf when it's empty so you remember which item was on that empty shelf for restocking.
Other currencies - pounds for me, although that would need a bit of retooling as we don't have 25 coins, we have 20 ones.
A way of cancelling out of giving change when you know you've got it wrong.
English localisation should have points instead of commas for the decimal places.
You can't put a space in your shop name.
A pause button for singleplayer at least. I understand you can't have it really in multiplayer but if you're playing on your own it would be nice to be able to pause.
End of day screen sometimes disappears before you have finished reading it.

If I think of anything else I'll comment again, but thank you for making a good game and making it free! As many have said, would be happy to put a bit in the tip jar by buying a cosmetic DLC in future.

You get one of the tablets from the Manager's Office. Its the first option on there,

Thought of another thing. Can we edit what's showing on the TV. Right now it's black, but maybe we could put an ad or something on it?
And it feels like people should have trolleys/carts or baskets to carry.
Also a very minor thing - if you are giving less than a dollar change it should really show just coins in the graphic that you are giving to the customer.
There should maybe be a little coin noise or note rustle as appropriate when selecting things from the cash register so you know if you've picked something up or not. Sometimes when you are looking down into the drawer you can't see the display as well so a sound cue would be good.
I kind of get why the customers queue side-by-side - to save space - but in reality people just don't queue like that.

I am facing a problem that makes the game unplayable, I cannot describe that ERROR here in the comments since there are several incidents, however they are all related to the game configuration, but I have created a video so you can understand what is the BUG about, I am using the latest patch of the game.

I tried to join my friends but whenever I do, I am only facing the wall and cannot move. When I do the lobby, I can move and play the game but if my friends will join to my lobby, they're experiencing the same issues like mine.

sry, i cant bear the saving system you created, also the room system bcs i just saved the game when completed a day, then it just saved the level and the items we put&facilities we designed are disappeared and return it's original shape. pls suggest your solution and improve that!!!!!!!!!

Modification: I wanna save the game cause my friend told me the room code was error, so i did that, then it didnt save anything except level and date, im gonna cry....it's the effort that takes 4 hours of our time...

A system to get backups per day is in the making right now and should alleviate this issue until we can pinpoint the exact cause of why this is happening to some players.
