Hey, Milk is basic dairy product but if try to put it in fridge says can not can only be stocked onto shelf

Yes milk in this game goes on shelves. Some parts of the world this is totally normal. Later on in the game when you get eggs unlocked you will see the same thing.

Oh ok no worries. I know Eggs can be different but fresh milk i never see on the shelf anywhere. only the cheap super pasterised milk which tastes horrible haha :D
