GOG version bugs

I dislike using gog or email support for bugs feedback, so i am posting here for those who wish to report about gog version bugs here.

- Whenever a worm touches water, the game will freeze. Win7 64bit
- mission under singleplayer is unplayable, black screen after click. Win7 64bit
- team statistic, black screen upon click

Fix this game breaking bug that happens to gog players

Can confirm this issue, I've tried the GOG build on 2 different machines which share no common hardware and I have the same problem...

Sorry to hear about this.
Never seen either of these before so not sure what's going wrong.
First off, I'd like to recommend that you please perform a clean re-installation of the game. If any of the files were damaged during your initial download, it would explain the crashes.
Next, please find the root directory for the game and locate all files with the extension .mdmp.
Once you have these, please attach them to an e-mail and get in touch with [e-mail].
Once I've got the dump files from your crashes, I'll fire them on to the team for investigation.

There are no .mdmp files located in the installation folders.
I am not the only one suffering from these.

Hi Ben,

I've un-installed, re-downloaded, re-installed and run the game again (GOG version). Same problem.
The game freezes as soon as a worm hits the water (start a new game and teleport a worm above open water as soon as it hits the game freezes)

The only way out of the game is to end task from task manager so I don't think any dump files are created (I dont see any in the game installation directory)

Have the same problem with gog version. Question is, what is different between gog and steam version exept the Steam has DRM ? It should be the same game (build) or not ? Nobody has the same problem with Steam version which is really strange.

FYI a quote from dannydaman9 on the GOG forum I referenced earlier...

I'll be sure to mention that the next email I send...I'm pretty sure that I've seen a couple of people reporting this to them. I've also sent them the links to this thread and the GOG thread if they require any more info.

The main problem here on steam is that people are starting their threads on the general discussion page and not here in bug reporting where the devs are actually looking :s

Just tried todays version of the installer (setup_worms_world_party_remastered_2.1.0.2.exe) and the baseball bat bug seems to be gone and I no longer experience a crash when I try to enter the "missions"-screen from the singleplayer menu.

I Was playing on a controller, and then the mission ended and then i was in my desktop...this never happened to me when using a keyboard

Sorry to hear that you've experienced a crash.
To get a better idea of what might be causing this issue, I'd like to ask that you please get back in touch with the following information:

• The level/s that you've experiencing this issue in
  
• The model of your controller (including wired / wireless)
  
• Any error messages, exactly as they appear
  
• Your OS version

Once I know all this, I'll do my best to take a closer look.

I think that the levels are randow,my Controller is a X-Box 360 Wireless,and there is no error message...the game just minimized and then when i open it back,the mouse is invisible or the controller don't works,i'm using Windows 10

In the meantime, it might be worth verifying the game files or sticking to your keyboard.
Instructions on how to verify game files can be found below:

• Launch GOG Galaxy
  
• Navigate to the 'Library'
  
• Select Worms World Party
  
• Click the More dropdown
  
• Hover over Manage and choose Verify / Repair
  
• When prompted, choose Verify Game
