GOG forum thread FYI.... http://www.gog.com/forum/worms_series/wwp_remasteredhaving_a_few_issues_already/page1
Sorry to hear about this.
Never seen either of these before so not sure what's going wrong.
First off, I'd like to recommend that you please perform a clean re-installation of the game. If any of the files were damaged during your initial download, it would explain the crashes.
Next, please find the root directory for the game and locate all files with the extension .mdmp.
Once you have these, please attach them to an e-mail and get in touch with help@team17support.com.
Once I've got the dump files from your crashes, I'll fire them on to the team for investigation.
Thanks,
BenTeam17
There are no .mdmp files located in the installation folders.
I am not the only one suffering from these.

Just realise a bunch seems to have the same issues.
I've un-installed, re-downloaded, re-installed and run the game again (GOG version). Same problem.
The game freezes as soon as a worm hits the water (start a new game and teleport a worm above open water as soon as it hits the game freezes)
The only way out of the game is to end task from task manager so I don't think any dump files are created (I dont see any in the game installation directory)
team statistics - black screen upon click too. *updated main thread*
yup VexorG same results after doing the suggestion from dev.
"I got a reply from team 17. I have attached the email below. It looks like they cannot find the error. Also would like to point out that Holy hand grenades and banana bombs do not work for me (weird thing though is that the super banana bomb works fine).
Good afternoon,
Thank you for getting in touch and raising this issue to our attention.

4. Select Application from the dropdown
5. Locate the Application Error for the crash
6. Copy the text from the General tab and paste the information into a Notepad document

Our apologies once again for any inconvenience that these issues might be causing you.
Thank you for your continued support,

The main problem here on steam is that people are starting their threads on the general discussion page and not here in bug reporting where the devs are actually looking :s
Sorry to hear that you've experienced a crash.
To get a better idea of what might be causing this issue, I'd like to ask that you please get back in touch with the following information:
- The level/s that you've experiencing this issue in
- The model of your controller (including wired / wireless)
- Any error messages, exactly as they appear
- Your OS version
Once I know all this, I'll do my best to take a closer look.Thank you,
BenTeam17
Thanks for getting back in touch with this info.
I've raised this to the team to take a look at.
If they need any more information, I might get back to you with more questions.
In the meantime, it might be worth verifying the game files or sticking to your keyboard.
Instructions on how to verify game files can be found below:
Thank you,
BenTeam17
