I got Black screen when i'm going in to options

As the title says. I got black screen when i am going in to the options mode. I can hear i am moving the mouse but i can't see anything.

Looks like its a Windows10 Problem on my opinion. Do not know how to fix. Have the same issue

At Windows 7 (system at ssd, game at hdd) problem still exist. So it's not only Win10 problem :/

Problem solved!

You have to switched your pc screen resolution. The game don't work fine with 1920x1200, which is 16:10 nor 16:9 format. Game support 16:9 format only, I think. So, everything works now ^_^ I think I am genius :D I tested so far 1920x1080 and 1600x1200, both works.

I got it to work.

I have 1440p monitor 2560x1440. And i had to change my monitor down to 1920x1080 in Nvidia's settings. I start the game, beginning to go over to the settings i got picture as i didn't before. I changed it to 1920x1080. It's a shame that this game doesn't support over 1080p. I restart the game changed the resolution back to 1440p on Nvidia settings. Start the game and tried to get in to the setting. Now i have picture but my mouse seems not to support the whole picture to move around because something about 16:9 aspect etc... Team 17 fix it now when you answer'd this.

I'm glad to hear that you got run the game properly, even if it isn't in your ideal resolution.
If anyone else has experienced this issue and the same solution has worked, please let me know.

Yep I'd get a black screen on the options screen, but after force quitting and changing down to 1920x1080 it fixed it for me too.

I'm so glad this thread exists, I'm just glad to be able to play this game with friends now...
