Go to My Computer->

C: \ ProgramFiles (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ WormsWorldParty

It will find the W2.exe file, right click then give Properties and Compatibility tab.

Check the box "Disable fullscreen optimization"
Save and try :)
