Report a translation problem
It must be indicated that the game does not work properly on Windows 10; the problem caused a lot of ink leakage to prevent the seller from ignoring this problem with a recent Windows 10.
Say the description of the game misled you; it is indicated that the game "is remastered" so it is normal to think "wrong" that the game can work with Windows 10.
Is it a "Sales Technique" to sell the game? maybe ... still is that the game is not playable multi-player while nowadays we buy more games to play in our corner ... especially this kind of game .. a remastered version induced in mistake a lot of people.
@urban 303 exactly! One would think that a remastered game would be playable with Windows 10.
Though I do realise that this version of Worms was released around the same time Windows 10 was released, so that might be why. But then it should be clearly indicated that the game might not be working with Windows 10.

Try the following steps instead:
1. Launch Steam
2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
3. Select the Local files tab and click the Browse local files… button.
4. Right-click on the games .exe file
5. Choose Properties
6. Navigate to the Compatibility tab
7. Select Compatibility Mode and in the dropdown list please select Windows XP (service pack 3)
8. Check the box to Disable full-screen optimisations
9. Check the box for Run this program as an administrator
10. Select Apply and OK
11. Retest
