Jetpack in Custom Scheme?

Maybe I'm blind, but there doesn't seem to be an option to set the number of jetpack uses in a custom scheme. In fact, the jetpack doesn't show up anywhere - weapon options or game options. What am I missing?

No jetpacks or super weapons even with Full Wormage unlucked.

You have to unlock the cheats menu by beating missions etc, or by using TeamED. Or use a program like Schemeeddy to make your scheme.

That is how it worked on W:A,i think that in WWP it works in another way

Deinonych, To unlock Full Wormage, you must complete all missions with a gold medal. (Still no jetpacks though)
