Bug Thread

Since people have issues with the game and found bugs already, it would be good we're getting all these in one, big thread, so besides of cleaning the sub-forum, giving T17 a good overview of current problems. Problems found by the community will be added to the OP.

Problems so far:

-WWP:RE is having performance issues.
-When alt-tabbing in a match / game (not main menu) and re-entering WWP:RE it's not responding to keyboard input. When alt-tabbing, while using a game pad nothing happens, game pad can be used after re-entering WWP:RE.
-WWP:RE is not properly starting, or not starting at all when using Windows 8 and 10.
-Main Menu sections, team options and in-game blocked by white screens.

Minimal stuff are going to be things, that are not hindering gameplay, or the user in any way but may still seem weird for some.

Minimal Stuff:

-When playing in a cave map, the game forces two black bars on the bottom and top of the screen, when using 1080p-resolution.

Its not a bug but its also a problem so i bought the game and started it normally and selected the fast game mode in singleplayer but then my game was very slow and laggy and i dont know why this is because worms armageddon does not have this problem i know its not the same but its from the style the same

my sys Specs:
Graphicscard: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series (from xfx)
Processor: AMD Phenom 9750 Quad-Core Processor (2,40GHz)
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit
Ram: 4 GB

whenever I tab out then back in the keyboard doesn't work.

I cannot start it, the screen goes black when I click "play" (either in Steam or on the icon on the desktop), then starts flashing, then keeps doing it and nothing works anymore.
Windows 8.1. What can I do? Change some settings?

I'm using Win7, and it starts. The question would be if more users with Win8 have the same problem.

I"m having the same problem as formalhaut48, on Windows 10.

The problem is I have an old WWP disk that worked somewhat (froze sometimes) on Windows 7, but crashed on my Windows 8.1... I wanted this game so much because I thought it would finally work on newer Windows versions...
(btw, it's fomalhaut, no "r" ;))
Anyway, it seems I'm not alone with this problem then.

When i started the game first thought .. where can i reduce the volume? and what key's are in use, and where the hell can i stop moving my mouse as fast as a worm on crack

i killed an enemy worm with a holy hand grenade and i wasn't awarded the achievement

the black bars are not a bug.

I cant even play the game. Some menu sections *mainly, things like teams in the options menu* are covered with a white screen, and when i start a game a giant white screen blocks at least 3/4 of the view. What is it with T17 and the PC versions of old Worms games being unplayable?

There's no volume option, from what I've seen.

Makes for me no sense to make black bars on top and bottom of the screen, they could've either made the cave maps big enough for it, or simple leave it without black bars and background. It feels very "small" with the black bars.

Don't expect this issue to disappear any time soon. You're literally seeing all there is to see.

My monitor is 1024x800,no black bar issues,but if i play on TV....i get the blach bars,but anyway,i kinda like'em because i don't got use my mouse (i play with a controller)

So, it's a resolution matter, I guess. If lower resolutions don't have the black bars; your TV is 1080p?
