How to "Disable fullscreen optimization" on windows 7 ?

Hi everyone,
Do you know how to "Disable fullscreen optimization" on windows 7 ? Or how to fix the white boxes issue on windows 7.

It is not possible as fullscreen optimizations feature is exclusive to Windows 10.
You shouldn't be getting white boxes on Windows 7. However, if for some reason you're getting them, you can try unpacking this[files.steps.moe] archive into the installation directory of the game.
