Wait, why the update is 40 GB, when the whole game on my disk takes about 22 GB?
Get ready for Missouri!
Btw, just completed three deliveries and everything looked good.

good update but bullet physic is always the best physX is good but for players who use rtx 40 series or lower but for 50x card or higher no (but not in ats and ets2) cause scs made a solution to players who play on
50x card anyway W SCS and cant wait for missouri dlc

Did you read the blog? PhyxS is implemented on the CPU!!!!! Bullet is outdated technology to be quite honest.

GPU does not matter in this case. :steamfacepalm::steamfacepalm::steamfacepalm:

Nice update but it has created lag, just when you had made the game nearly perfect

game is more stuttering now, apparently putting more load on cpu in a single core game is a great idea :steamhappy:
omfg...MORE work load for CPU?! why not use something else than PhysiX..which is DYING..jsut admit it and move on to other physic solutions thank you
does 1.54 update change economy in some way? I'm interested in knowing if my economy mod should be modified

nope
I don't want to "save" my precious 500kb disc space per 3D model to get new cargo system where most cargo holders look identical and boring.
As always, so happy to see you guys updating the engine (for free) instead of doing the yearly paid upgrade model some companies use. Also, that PhysX switch could be real helpful for the future, offloading more onto cards that support it natively. In another game won't name, you had to manually go into the nVidia control panel and force the software to use the graphics card instead of "Auto" to ensure it makes full use of the card's support--and that significantly helped with CPU load, at least for me. Granted that game has a heavier load on CPU but still. I love the idea that these updates/upgrades are going to help both games run smoothly even with updates to what you can do in-game.

SCS has said that PhysX implementation is CPU based, not GPU. They will not do something that will limit the game to one brand of graphics cards.

You don't need to turn anything on in the Nvidia App/Nvidia Control Panel.
