Add darkness to tunnels and bridges

I am not sure if this is really a graphics design request or what kind of mod I may be asking for, but I would love to see an increase in darkness for under bridges and inside tunnels (tunnels that don't have lights). Now if there is already a setting, that would be splendid. But if there is not, maybe we could make a mod that would make the amount of light inside the cab seem realistic when it comes to going underneath bridges and through tunnels that don't have lights in them.
