Tow Truck Update-DLC

Dear SCS software, as a long term player of ATS, ive seen my fair share of wrecks, especially on multiplayer, and other drivers and myself think that a Tow Truck addition to the game would be a great replacement for f7 and enter. Perhaps make it as a chassis to add to the back of any truck currently in game. And when someone presses f7 and enter, it sends a tow truck request. Also, if tow trucks are added ingame, quite a few strobe/rotator lights should be added as well as more running lights. For one it adds more realism to the game, also some players would love to drive a heavy rescue rig/truck. And for the ingame scout cars added by "truckersmp" there should be a new pick-up truck that can be transformed into a smaller tow/rescue truck, it would be ideal to use the currently in-game Dodge 2500 with a Cummins engine replica as a tow truck.

Theres a reason why theres the F7 + Enter rule in Multiplayer, if you get stuck and need to get "towed" you just F7 and Enter and it will take you to the nearest Garage.

I personally make so many Reports on people who dont bother to use the F7 feature that its rediculous, if you get stuck and are blocking traffic in any way, if you refuse to F7, you deserve to be banned for 1 full week IMO because the tools are their for you to get oyurself out of the way and not block the roads, if you cant be bothered, then you deserve punishment, this applies to both ATS and ETS2 because ive seen it many a time in both games, even though ATS doesnt have that many players, you still get idiots who cant be bothered to F7.

this guy has been triggered the entire time fyi i support the idea or atleast make them their own jobs i find it funny that this guy has a hard on for people who are trying to save their truck and the time granted there are trolls out there but come on dude lighten up and relax its a freakin video game bro its not real life and what rebel mentioned was an idea no need to rip the guys head off for a sugestion also another fyi never herd of the forums or what not

Fine, lets say they do add a tow truck in MP. When they hook up they'll need to block traffic, but hey guess what? That's against the rules. Players also won't be saving THEIR truck, they'll be saving other players trucks. The tow truck drivers also need to be one hell of a driver since they will be towing a truck AND trailer.

On top of the tow truck driver breaking the rules so will the player who is wrecked. If the player is blocking (against TMP rules) the road they now need to wait for a tow truck which might take 10 IRL minutes if any are even online, then they need to wait for a hook up.

Overall it won't work, it also took TMP 1 YEAR to add the car, they said they won't be adding anything else.

However, I don't know how you can use TMP without knowing about the forums. Weren't you curious what the FORUM button did on the TMP website?

This tow truck topic has been posted on the forums before, it's been denied TMP won't be adding it.

I agree with the OP if its truck realted put it in. Heavy Rescue would be a nice job, instead of hauling all the time. The only issue I would see would be in mp. HR would only need to be on the single player side until SCS supports TMP. JMO on the later.
