If you are wanting to hook up a CB radio to your pc to capture the audio from it, then yes, that IS possible.
If done right, it would work like any other 'controller' does, basically...
then its more real
A proper 'controller' for the CB radio would change the channels, adjust the volume and allow the player to use a CB style mic that would fully interface with the game.
Basically, it would function just like a wheel and pedals/shifter set does with regards to controlling the truck, but in this case, it would control the ingame CB radio.
