With a used truck dealer

Now it would sort of make sense to add older models of trucks to the game that weren't added before if the manufacturers would allow it. Would be nice to have some official old trucks. The mods are good but it would also be nice to have them in the base game so you know that the truck is never going to become an abandoned mod.

The main problem would probably be devoting manpower to modelling the old trucks and adding their engines. Would be really nice to have some older trucks in here as used options. I've seen older chevy and ford rigs pulling farm trailers around here. Wouldn't even need to add their own dealerships because they would only be able to be sold from the used truck dealership.

Now I'm off to start a new game from scratch. Been a while since I played so I'm gonna start from zero. Happy trucking everyone.

The first and probably most difficult hurdle to overcome, it is presumably quite an ordeal (and cost) to get a license. Only then can the development time necessary be justified

The first and biggest issue at the moment is getting SCS to care enough to do it.
They can get licenses if they want them.

However the vehicle teams can't seem to keep up with new trucks, so old trucks don't seem to be coming any time soon.

I do hope that they get time for older trucks at some point. I'd be fine with missing some new trucks for trucks that have a bit more character to them.
