Contacting Support

I’m trying to contact game support to get my World of Trucks username changed, but I’m not receiving a response.

I’ve emailed the following, to no avail:

If official support isn’t responding, what am I supposed to do?

and how long ago did you send the mail to them ?

Send them another email or check with whoever is your email provider if they're blocking emails for some reason. (assuming it's not Gmail or something, because good luck contacting a person at any of those big companies)

There's nothing any of us here on the Steam forum or the SCS forum can do to really help.

wonder how many mails they get every week and yes it can take some time answer them plus they dont work on weekends so take away those days and you know how many days it is and you have to just wait till they get to your mail.

I've been emailing every couple weeks since September '24 and nothing over 2 months later...kinda' losing hope now.
