North and South Dakota
I'm surprise after releasing Nebraska, and soon to come Missouri and Arkansas, that ATS just skipped the Dakotas. Thought maybe they were going straight up and back down the U.S. map.

The Nebraska team will probably be working on South Dakota next.

What leads you to believe that they were going in that order?
