Nebraska AI speeds are really low
All the speed limits in Nebraska are messed up. AI traffic goes some weird speed, like 40mph when the limit is 65...16 when its 25 (traffic is going KPH at the MPH setting). This is also screwing up GPS routing big time. Instead of routing you down I80 through Nebraska, it sends you south into Kansas Then Denver then Wyoming then Nebraska, lol. Weird issue.

Also noticing some missing traffic control devices at intersections.

I noticed these problems too. my gps is saying the speed limit is 43 mph but 70 kmph

Yup just got this too. The Speeds are set to KPH instead of MPH for some reason because 65mph is 40kph and that is all nebraska right now. NEED UP DATE NOW

Rather the other way around. 65 km/h is about 40 mph.

It's a mod issue for me. I tried on a mod free save and it is working fine now.
It looks like economy mods might be the problem specifically Real Fuel Prices was causing it for me

Oh.... I use that mod too, well then, odd that it would do that, but okay....
