Unable to redeem event award from WoT

Anyone else having problems redeeming the event award from WoT for Cupid's Express? Each time I press "Redeem on Steam" I receive the following error message:

"Steam login failed.
Please try again later, we are sorry for the inconvenience."

I've never had any issues redeeming awards for past events. I tried verifying ATS' files on Steam and even logged into WoT directly from ATS instead of through my browser, and nada.

Any ideas?

It has to be something on their end. I tried it with different browsers, cleared the cache of my defaut browser, checked to ensure my firewall wasn't interfering with the WoT/Steam login, and I even reinstalled ATS. No change.

Do it from ingame. Shift +Tab to open steam window, then use steam browser and log in.

Yea probably, that's a shame though, i just did all those delivery's and I still have to wait unfortunately

I just tried again,. and it finally went through. It was probably just a server glitch, or some other minor problem on their end, that they've successfully corrected.

Or a temporary overload, with the initial influx of players doing contracts at the same time on the first day.

I never got mine from the Christmas event, never got a message to claim them or anything. I did my 15 trip to all 5 places, but have never gotten the rewards from it.

You never get a message to claim them. You always have to claim them on your WoT profile on the WoT website.
