Why not do a search of the code error? The only time the game will access the kernelbase.dll file is upon launching. After that nothing in the kernel is used to my knowledge.
ETA: This could be related to TPM(Trusted Module Platform) switches on your motherboard/bios. If running an ****X3D processor on Windows 10(only for drive encryption as the OS doesn't use TPM otherwise) that could be the cause. Nothing provided spec wise so that is only a guess.
I realise this isn't a game issue, but it only happens on ATS. I've tried plenty of other games and it doesn't happen so I figured if it is happening to this game, then someone might know what's going on cause they have it encountered it themselves.
As for searching up the code, I have and ive done everything that I've seen, but it's hard to narrow down what exactly to do when a number of solutions are provided but only one might work. That's why I'm asking if anything somebody else has done has worked. I'll rollback my graphics card to a previous version and if that doesn't work, I'm stuck.
Windows 10 is actually being supported until October 14, 2025.
He did not mention which os He uses anxehere.... so how do you know what He is using?
You might want to do your research the next time.

I really don't care. You've been proved wrong. A simple oops, sorry I was wrong might actually help you but you can't even admit that you were wrong.
Just move on already.
you may try to do a rollback via "windows system restore" point.
