The California rework that has been done
I love the rework of California they did, I just wonder if some of that work included some areas of Oregon as well such as Medford and Klamath Falls area which are near the state line for California, I am asking because there is a route now between Medford and Klamath that I don't remember ever taking or even seeing on the map, it is a great new way onto California and Nevada, I love the work that has been done on this game over the years

That is all fine and dandy for southern california but I don't know about you but the area I was referencing would be in the northern california area. but thanks I keep forgetting they have that area but still a fine game and I just also discovered I have been playing this game since it first came out and the precursers the 18 Wheels of Steel series as well.
Medford to Klamath Falls (OR 140) was not originally there. It got added at some point in 2019. When I moved one of my profiles to Medord in June of that year it was still missing and after some weeks it was added.

I have been playing the game since its release and the area near Klamath did not look like that before and I have driven in the area often but the route used was not explored recently so I know it is fairly new. Regardless of when any changes were done I love them

Think it's reasonable to ask about things that might have changed along with the CA rework, because there's a lot they don't tell you in the blogs. Removing the town of Ehrenberg, for example. Quite a few changes trickled into Arizona. And I am certain that one of the updates along the way last year made a change in Pendleton - there used to be this red building visible from the freeway at the western end of town, and it's gone now. SCS never announced that change, they just quietly did it, probably because that building would be a pretty prominent landmark in that town if it existed in real life, but it doesn't.

Came across another change along the way, I am currently doing an External Contract from San Francisco to Blythe and in the area of the I-5 going past Los Angeles there is a route you have to take to get towards the I-10, I missed the exit that the route told me to take and kept on the I-5 to a point where I was way off course and it was showing me turning around to get back on course, I stayed on the route I was on which turns out was still the I-5 but it did not come up as one of those routes you can't drive on nor did it come up as "you discovered new secret path" I half expect to hit an obstacle but didn't and got back on the right route to the I-10.

The route between Medford and Klamath has been there for quite awhile. Taking a job from Medford through Winemucca is also a fun drive. I agree with you. The latest California update really adds a lot to the game.

The hidden area that I discovered on the I-5 starts around where route 99 joins the southbound I-5 and you get back on the regular part of the I-5 around route 44 southbound on-ramp, just before you get to the turn off area for the I-10
