I dont know if its the same for steamdeck. I cant get past the sign in phase. It says type password but no keyboard shows up in game.

Open taskbar settings and activate "Show Touch Keyboard Button" in the menu. The touch keyboard is opened by tapping the keyboard icon on the right edge of taskbar. As an alternative, open Windows Settings, select "Ease of Access", select "Keyboard", and activate "On-screen Keyboard" option. Run this virtual keyboard before running the game.

If you don't want all these hassles, plug a physical USB keyboard to your handheld gaming.
