Report a translation problem
Simple test: Reproduce it on a vanilla profile (no mods EVER in it). If you can not reproduce it there, it is a mod issue.

Just don't install mods that are that old.
Always take a look if the mod has been updated recently.
Read the comments and description.
The Workshop mods also have a version history. Make shure to check that out. (link is near the dates to the right)

The log you've posted is not from a crash btw.
If you have a crash issue make shure to post a log and crash file directly after the crash occured.
But as you have found the culprit that doesn't matter any more.
