Nothing more than a decent pair of headphones for HIFI and you are golden.

Full base, full treble, mid range at flat.
Best sound for me.

These are the settings I usually go with: https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/830663438/2245553353022119805/

I've also included more details on what sounds it applies to

Volume is totally a persomal thing , I mean I could tell you the volume I run my 5.1 sytem in but it would be meaningless as i have a sound so "for me" my sound settings are perfect

I'm curious. If the master volume is at 100%, but none of the actual volumes are set past 50%, why not adjust it so 50 is instead 100, 25 is 75, etc?

I use the Steelseries Arctis 7+ in black. It has virtual surround sound, so I have no issues in-game with hearing where things are. Also, the battery life is phenomenal. I have used it 12+ hours before with no recharging.

The reasoning is to have control if you want to increase the sound volume only for specific sound groups (for example, the engine and exhaust)

Sound equipment matters more for quality and immersion than volume levels.
