Winter Wonderland Portals

I don't know if i'm one of few or many in this case. But when i take on a job to Winter Wonderland. The portals don't show up on the gps so idk where to set my waypoint. They also don't shop up on the general map for me. Anyone els ehas this issue? and if so how to solve?

I found that portals for some shipments are not shown if I'm in a city on the border of DLC I don't own. Relocating to a different city (away from state lines) seemed to help.

Look farther out from where you picked up the load. Maybe 100 miles out..

Your have to go to the Navigation Map, not the GPS to set your portal waypoint

Even on navigation map i have a no show of the portals. Also not when over 100 miles out.

You need to take an event contract that goes to Winterland. Regular contracts don't count.

Some are had to see as they blend in to fuel stops and such. Zoom in on your Navigation Map and pan around till you see one. They are normally within 100 miles of a pickup point.

Am aware about the event contracts. Did finish the event last year. i do tend to zoom in. Got a bit fed up and looked towards the files of the simulator itself. Appears to be even though i could do regular jobs. The game only managed to install partly not fully. So am doing a reinstall to see if that manages to solve things.

The portals are swirls on the map. Just like last year.

This is the issue probably. Had this issue last year as well. I picked up a load at Artesia and I don't have the Texas DLC so it gives me no portals.
Where did you pick up your load and what DLCs do you have?

they are there but can be very hard to spot sometimes

So to give several answers in 1 go. I'm taking the Jobs within texas. The swirls don't show up on the map neither the spots of the most likely fuel stations in the area to have them don't even have the snow flakes. i can take the jobs but have no portals showing up on the map or generating in the world. it's a ltierall case of i can take the jobs but there are no portals to go to winter wonderland. As stated a bit ealier. i did this even also last year and than everything worked fine. I am on the current version no beta.
