Sadly I don't think that what you're after is possible because SCS do not provide a way of determining which depots are 'unserved' as opposed to which company prefabs are 'unvisited' and they chose to change a large number of companies under the covers without reverting their prefabs to undiscovered (which, to be fair, would probably have caused even more of a ruckus).
I'm afraid that I don't have a pretty version of the information that I used to build the summary linked to above, but you're welcome to (a subset of) what I did use in the hope that it helps in some way.
I think that the city unit names are easy enough to map to their equivalents but shout if you cannot figure out any of the company unit names.
Whether you use Steam cloud saves or not those files should be available somewhere on your system, so using the search tools from your OS to find the latest version of either of those filenames should enable you to track down the data files.
FWIW I've just gone back into ATS for the first time in a week or so and my depots served is now 1,368 of 1,722 which is almost certainly the addition of the Winterland depots, which will go away again when the event ends. If you've delivered to each of those five (either this year or last) then your four missing can only be determined from a save.
